Can I change my plan anytime?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. Changes take effect immediately for upgrades, and at the next billing cycle for downgrades.

What happens if I exceed my email limit?

We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional send credits. We won't automatically charge you or stop your campaigns without warning.

Is DESA Bot Pro available on the free plan?

DESA Bot Pro AI features are available on the Pro and Enterprise plans. The Starter plan includes our standard template editor and basic analytics.
